One Thirty One is available for exclusive private gatherings. Whether you are planning a bridal event, company dinner, convention banquet or community gala, our venue and culinary offerings are sure to please.
Exclusive use of the venue is possible for events with at least 75 guests and if certain food and beverage minimum requirements will be met. Capacity is approximately 100 seated guests in the main space and seating for 40 on the balcony. Dates must be reserved at least 3 weeks in advance and payment must be received at least 2 weeks in advance.
